Q: Is there a return policy?
A: Yes.
     - Within 7 days with receipt, cash back.
     - Within 14 days with receipt, store credit
     - For toys and equipment within 3 day if defective only with receipt

Q: When do you accept equipment?
A: We accept equipment anytime. Please call ahead to see what equipment we are accepting.

Q: When can I call about my consignor balance or check the status of what has sold?
A: You can contact us at anytime.

Q: How long are the consignor balances valid?
A: The are valid for 6 months after the expiration of the 60 day consignment period.
